The International Festival Of Lyrical Art The International Festival Of Lyrical Art aims to promote Sibiu as a national and European musical center for lyrical art. The project is initiated by the State Philharmonic of Sibiu together with national and international opera theaters, music academies and other educational institutions in the field.
